Terms and Conditions for PotUp.pk

By using PotUp.pk, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Use of Website:
     You agree to use our website responsibly and legally. Any misuse, including copying content or images, is prohibited.
  2. Product Information:
     We aim to provide accurate product details, images, and prices. Natural variations in plants or colors may occur.
  3. Orders & Payments:
     All orders are subject to confirmation by PotUp.pk. Payments can be made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Pay, or bank cards.
  4. Shipping & Delivery:
     We deliver across all of Punjab, Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates (usually 2–7 business days depending on location). Please provide correct addresses.
  5. Returns & Refunds:
     Returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Live plants must be reported if damaged within 24 hours of delivery.
  6. Intellectual Property:
     All content on PotUp.pk, including images, text, and logos, is the property of PotUp.pk. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  7. Limitation of Liability:
     PotUp.pk is not liable for indirect or incidental losses related to product use or website access.

8. Changes to Terms:
 We reserve the right to modify these terms anytime. Updates will be posted on this page.
