Return and Refund Policy for PotUp.pk

At PotUp.pk, we want you to enjoy your plants.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Only plants or products in their original condition are eligible.
  • Plants damaged during delivery should be reported within 24 hours with photos and unboxing videos.

How to Request a Return or Replacement:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or info@potup.pk.
  2. Share your order number and photos of the damaged product.
  3. Our team will guide you for a replacement or a refund.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after verification.
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank card).

Exceptions:

  • Customized or gift-wrapped products may not be eligible for returns.
  • Live plants must be reported promptly if damaged.
